Please note: The final Ladies Night is a 4:30pm shotgun start, which means each player must be to their hole assignments by 4:30pm. Plan to arrive earlier to ensure that we are able to start on time.
As I have mentioned at previous Ladies Nights, I have a process of determining who plays and who might find their group on the waiting list. This is the process:
On Tuesday night, I got through the ballots and do the draw. The priority list is as follows:
1. Members that consistently come with all of their players listed – no no-shows or late cancellations
2. Waiting list from the previous week – I reach out to each group to confirm they are planning to play
3. Public players who consistently come with all of their players listed – no no-shows or late cancellations
4. New players or new ballots that have come in thru the week leading up to Tuesday
5. Member ballots that come in after I have already done the draw
6. Members who were signed up but did not come with full list of players – no-shows or late cancellations
7. Public players who were signed up but did not come come full list of players – no-shows or late cancellations
This procedure provides fairness to golfers, with a priority towards groups that consistently show up, regardless of weather, with their full groups. Keep in mind that by the time I am finished with #3, that draw is usually full.
